Seaford Bonfire Society was re-formed in 2010, reviving a town bonfire and carnival that had lapsed in the 1970s. Sussex bonfire societies in costume join its torchlit processions through the town to a bonfire and fireworks beside the Martello tower on the seafront.

The first procession leaves the White Lion Hotel on Claremont Road at about 19:15, and the grand procession sets off from the War Memorial at about 20:15 for the fire site on Martello Fields by the seafront, with fireworks at about 21:00.
