Wizz Jones grew up around Croydon and busked in Paris in the 1960s before settling into a long life on the folk club circuit. A guitarist of rare skill, he played with Bert Jansch and John Renbourn, taught a teenage Keith Richards, and drew Eric Clapton to the front row of his gigs. He toured Britain and Europe for more than sixty years.
