Bridget St John made her records for John Peel’s Dandelion label between 1969 and 1972, and Peel himself produced her debut, Ask Me No Questions. Her deep, warm voice and gentle guitar put her on bills with Nick Drake and John Martyn. She moved to New York in 1976 and came back to performing in 1999.
