Dan Walsh

Dan Walsh is a Stafford-born banjo player, guitarist and singer, best known for his clawhammer style and for blending folk, Celtic, blues and country on the banjo. He studied folk music at Newcastle University, played in a long-running duo with harmonica player Will Pound, and is a key member of the Urban Folk Quartet. As a soloist he tours widely, and his recent recording returns to his love of American country music.
