Frankie Armstrong sings traditional ballads and songs about women’s lives, and she is a leading figure in the natural voice movement. She sang with the Ceilidh Singers in her youth, then recorded many solo albums and has taught voice workshops around the world, encouraging people who were told they could not sing to find their voices.
