Gordon Tyrrall

Gordon Tyrrall is a Yorkshire-based folk singer who plays guitar and flute, and is also a visual artist. His recordings run from Farewell to Foggy Hills in 1978 through A Distance from the Town, his musical tribute to the poet John Clare, to two duo albums with Brian Peters. He has played in Magnetic North and other bands, and in 2019 published a memoir built around Whitby Folk Week.
