Jack Rutter

Jack Rutter is a singer and multi-instrumentalist from the Holme Valley in West Yorkshire, playing guitar, bouzouki and concertina. A member of the trio Moore Moss Rutter, he has also toured with Seth Lakeman and Jackie Oates. His solo albums of traditional song, beginning with Hills, have been widely praised, and his self-produced album Wandered followed in October 2026, mixing traditional and contemporary songs with field recordings.
