Julie Murphy made her home in Wales and sings traditional songs in both Welsh and English. She is best known as the voice of the Welsh folk band Fernhill, and has made solo albums alongside projects with Dylan Fowler and, as Whirling Pope Joan, with Nigel Eaton.
