Mike Heron

Mike Heron joined Robin Williamson and Clive Palmer in the Incredible String Band in 1965 and became one of its chief singers and songwriters. The band’s adventurous records helped shape psychedelic folk in the late 1960s. His first solo album brought in guests such as Pete Townshend and John Cale, and he later led Mike Heron’s Reputation.
