Moya Brennan grew up in a musical family in Gaoth Dobhair. While still a teenager she formed Clannad in 1970 with her brothers and uncles, and her voice carried the band from Donegal song to the haunting theme for Harry’s Game and success around the world. Her solo career ran alongside, and she kept performing after being diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis.
