Meet in the community orchard next to the Butchers Arms from 18:15. The ceremony starts at 18:30 and moves into the pub afterwards.

About

One of the oldest surviving orchard wassails, held on Old Twelfth Night. Toast soaked in cider is put in the branches for the robins, shotguns are fired through the trees to scare off bad spirits, and the Carhampton wassail song is sung. Hot cider is handed round.
